  There aren't many CRM systems I would recommend to people but AddressTwo is at the top of the list. AddressTwo is simple to use and gets the job done. I've evaluated several programs on the market and found AddressTwo to be a great program. I would highly recommend it to any small business. Also, pick up Nick's book - Unfunded.

  Throughout my career I have implemented and utilized a variety of CRM tools. While they all handled the basic functionality effectively, they were difficult to utilize. AddressTwo is simple and intuitive. I highly reccomend it to the small business owner or entreprenuer.
